Meet Jake
Jake is the founder of Presence Driven Worship and has been passionately pursuing the presence of God and leading others into worship since he was 14 years old. From a young age, Jake was marked by a hunger for God and a desire to serve His Church. What began as a simple yes to leading worship as a teenager has grown into a lifelong calling to create spaces where people can encounter Jesus and be transformed by His presence.
Raised in a small town just outside of St. Louis, Missouri, Jake developed a heart for ministry early in life. Over the past 18+ years, he has faithfully served the Lord in the local church and a variety of ministry roles. Through every season, his heart has remained the same: to serve the local church, invest in people, and see Jesus exalted above all else.
With years of experience in worship, leadership, discipleship, and ministry, Jake has a passion for equipping leaders, pastors, and churches to cultivate healthy, presence-centered worship cultures. Through coaching, consulting, workshops, and worship gatherings, he helps leaders develop teams that are rooted in biblical worship, spiritual health, and a genuine pursuit of God’s presence.
Above all, his greatest desire is to see people encounter Jesus, be transformed by His presence, and live fully surrendered to the purposes of God.

Co-Founder of Presence Driven Worship
Heather grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and has been leading worship since she was 12 years old. From a young age, she experienced life-changing encounters with God that ignited a passion for His presence and laid the foundation for the ministry she serves in today.
With years of experience in worship, leadership, discipleship, and ministry, Heather carries a deep desire to see Jesus exalted, the Church strengthened, and people transformed by the power of God’s presence. Her heart is to help create environments where people can genuinely encounter God and grow in their relationship with Him.
As Co-Founder of Presence Driven Worship, Heather helps equip, train, and encourage worship leaders, pastors, and ministry teams to cultivate healthy, presence-centered cultures that prioritize intimacy with Jesus above performance. She is passionate about seeing leaders walk in their God-given calling and develop ministries that impact both their local communities and the nations.
Together with her husband Jake, Heather travels, teaches, leads worship, and ministers to churches and organizations, helping leaders grow in biblical foundations, spiritual maturity, and practical ministry leadership.
Her greatest desire is to see people encounter Jesus, be transformed by His presence, and live fully surrendered to the purposes of God.

PDW isn't built around creating a worship experience; it's about cultivating a people whose priority is ministering to the Lord. Our message is that worship is not about influence, performance, or platform, but about the presence of God.
Equipping the Local Church for Long-Term Health
Rather than simply coming in to lead worship and leave, our heart is to strengthen what already exists. Through Worship Weekends, coaching, mentoring, and training, we want to help churches build healthy worship cultures that last.
Present, Not Passing Through
We don't want to simply come and go. We desire to build lasting relationships with the churches and leaders we serve. Our heart is to be present, approachable, and invested—serving not just for a weekend, but as long-term partners in what God is doing.
