With decades of combined experience in worship ministry, pastoral leadership, and developing worship teams, Jake and Heather have a deep desire to freely give away what God has entrusted to them. 

This is a space is for worship pastors, worship leaders, singers/bgv, and musicians to bring the questions that have been sitting in your heart, the practical ones, the spiritual ones, and even the hard ones. Come ready to ask, listen, learn, and grow together. Invite your senior pastor too!

More than a Q + A, our heart is to create space for relationship, discipleship, and honest conversation with worship pastors and leaders. We’re not interested in simply sharing information and moving on. We’re in this for long-term relationships and want to walk alongside those who are hungry to grow in worship, leadership, and a life of ministering to the Lord. These nights are held over zoom.
